TALENT acquisition

Before launching Mrs Walker, I was the Director of Recruitment for Wieden + Kennedy in Portland. My remit included Global Senior Management recruitment for the Global W+K offices also.

Prior to that role, I was a Partner of Hourigan International, an Executive Search firm in Australia, responsible for the Creative Division.

I am open to Recruiting across all levels and disciplines, across all markets, if I believe in the opportunity.

TALENT OPERATIONS

Prior to my Talent career, I spent over fifteen years in Account Management, closing out this time as Head of Account Management for Fallon London.

I see Talent Operations as the cross roads between the business and the talent. I am open to Consulting in the areas of Talent Expansion and Retraction Strategies and Talent Operations.

Maddy is first and foremost, a world class, professional violinist, previously with the Australian Chamber Orchestra. What this also means, is that Maddy is a deeply empathetic, highly competitive, creative individual with a truly unique understanding of corporate creative environments.

Much to Mrs Walkers delight, Maddy has expressed an interest in following her passions for exceptionally talented people and creative communities by evolving her career into Recruitment.

Maddy is a Talent Consultant for our advertising and marketing clients as well as expanding our creative and client relationships across the Arts Industry in Australia .

As our creative communities continue to increasingly merge, we are excited to be able to expand our perspective and relationships into parallel creative industries. We believe Maddy's addition to the team will be enormously beneficial to our talent perspective overall.

Mrs Devine

Talent Consultant, Portland

Mackenzie Devine is an empath, a radical optimist and award winning brand builder with over a decade of agency experience crafting stories and results for the world’s most iconic brands, including Nike, Netflix, Adobe, Expedia, adidas, The Coca-Cola Company, Asics, Benetton, HP and others.

Her background is in motivating best-in-class work on behalf of Wieden + Kennedy, 180 Amsterdam + Los Angeles, Red & Co, Ghostpistols, Opinionated, Instrument and Shareability as well as consulting with DTC brands within the United States. She’s spanned brand, storytelling, marketing, and growth to create meaningful outputs and experiences for all involved.

Mackenzie has a truffle-nose for uniquely creative people and an aptitude for generating positive change and momentum. She believes that connection is her core purpose.

As a Talent Consultant, she’s leveraging her background to advocate for great talent in the Creative, Marketing + Advertising industries and helping more of the good guys win.

Mrs Devine is a mother to three little ones. She likes her cocktails smoky and she can ride a horse bareback. Otherwise, she’s most likely spotted gardening her yard in athleisure ‘shrugs’. Mackenzie is based in Portland, Oregon and working on roles at all levels and across all disciplines alongside Mrs Walker, stateside.

Esther brings almost 20 years of global contacts and experience to the team in a Research capacity.

With a career spanning Sydney, Amsterdam, London and the US, with agencies such as BMF, Anomaly, Droga and Wieden + Kennedy, Esthers creative pedigree is world class.
